Thank you for supporting handmade work by local women artisans in Ladakh. Here’s what you need to know about shipping:

At Superb Ladakh, every order is carefully prepared and packed at our unit in Leh, Ladakh.

Shipping Charges

India: A standard shipping charge of ₹250 applies to all domestic orders.

International: A standard shipping charge of ₹2,300 applies to all international orders.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders require 7–15 days for processing before they are dispatched. This processing time allows us to carefully prepare, finish, pack, and quality-check your order.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it will be handed over to the shipping/postal service for delivery. Transit time after dispatch will vary depending on the destination and the shipping service.

You will receive tracking details where tracking is available.

Please note that the 7–15 day processing period does not include transit time after dispatch.

International Customs & Duties

International shipping charges cover the cost of delivery from India.

Any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the ₹2,300 international shipping charge.

Delays

While we make every effort to process orders within 7–15 days, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Transit times after dispatch may also vary depending on the destination country, postal/courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors.

Address & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Superb Ladakh cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
